  We gladly accept the following credit card brands: Visa®, MasterCard®, JCB®, American Express®, Diners Club INTERNATIONAL®, and Discover®.
  Payments will be processed automatically in accordance with the terms and conditions of your card provider.

• Bank Transfer
  Please kindly arrange payment within 7 days of your order date, including weekends and public holidays. We regret that if payment is not received within this timeframe, your order may be cancelled. Please also be aware that any bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.

• We offer free delivery across all regions of Japan.
  If you wish to have your order shipped overseas, please kindly contact us individually.

• Your order will be shipped via either Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
  
  
• As our pieces are primarily made to order, please allow an average of approximately two months for delivery.
  Estimated delivery times are noted on each product page for your reference.
  Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email and arrange shipment.
  
  Please kindly note that depending on your order details, production status, preferred size, delivery timing, or season, there may be occasions when additional time is required beyond the usual estimate.
  We appreciate your understanding in advance. Should this occur, we will inform you of the revised estimated delivery date via email.
  
  
• For multiple-item orders, all pieces will be shipped together once they are all ready.
  If you would prefer items to be sent separately, please kindly let us know at the time of your order.

Special Terms Regarding Returns and Cancellations
We kindly ask for your understanding that returns or cancellations due to customer preference cannot be accepted. Please ensure you carefully review your order before confirming, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Handling of Defective or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a defect or fault, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Kindly contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item to the designated address, postage paid by us.

Please also take note of the following:

• Exchanges are accepted only for items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Personalised items, such as those with engraving or bespoke orders, are not eligible for exchange.
• Depending on the condition of the returned item, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
